Everyone feels tired at times, but ask a question to yourself, as how often do you skip a late night flick or a romp with your partner, for you do not feel like doing it or feel too tired? How many times you tell your kids or partner “Not today, we will go there some other day”, when they want you to accompany them for a movie or for shopping? If your answer is “Yes, quite often”, and you are wondering that you are the only one having this problem, then relax and cheer up, for there are many people around the world having similar problem as yours.
Today’s workaholic culture, immense work pressure and high level of stress both physical and emotional takes a toll on people. From my experiences, I have realised that the best way to fight it, is to deal with it to find haw to set these right.
